Using a Cisco TelePresence SX20 or SX80 Codec? You might be glad to know Vaddio has partnered with Cisco to support your system with its RoboSHOT 12 HDMI PTZ Camera.
In fact, the RoboSHOT 12 camera solution has been tested and certified by Cisco to work with Cisco codecs using VISCA over RS-232 for control, providing the ability for the codec and camera to communicate and exchange PTZ settings, preset recalls and more. Several bundlesare available that pair the camera with either Vaddio’s OneLINK Bridge receiver, or its OneLINK HDMI receiver.
“We’re excited to provide Cisco users a fantastic option for supporting their systems with a PTZ camera featuring simple, clutter-free extension,” said Jay Kilby, Director of Product Management.
The RoboSHOT 12 camera provides a 73 degree field of view, 12x optical zoom, 1080p60 output resolution and an intuitive browser-based user interface for remote control, management and image configuration. It’s ideal for conference rooms, training rooms and classrooms connecting to a Cisco SX20 or SX80 codec.
The Cisco-approved Vaddio OneLINK HDMI and OneLINK Bridge extension systems allow camera reach up to 100 meters. The RoboSHOT 12 OneLINK Bridge System enables a USB 3.0 output to bridge the Cisco codec to popular streaming or recording devices.
