tvONE's C2-2000 Series has been discontinued and production of these units will end in June 2015. The model numbers that have been discontinued include: C2-2155A, C2-2255A & C2-2355A.
The replacement products for this series are the C2-28555 Universal Scaler, the C2-2755 Video Scaler and the C2-2655 Scan Converter. All are now available and shipping worldwide.
This new universal scaler series encompasses all of the features of the previous generation of scalers, but with more input/output flexibility. They also sport new, ergonomically designed control panels and highly intuitive configuration management tools making installation efficient for integrators and operation simple for users, all while maintaining the same price point as the previous generation of scalers.
The C2-2X55 series provides the ultimate flexibility to the user, as the C2-2855 features the ability to up/down/cross convert, the C2-2755 to up/cross convert, and the C2-2655 to down convert, so the user may now purchase what they want, depending on their needs.
They enable extremely flexible audio embedding and de-embedding for both HDMI and 3G/HD/SDI inputs and outputs. Add to that Integral Stereo Audio 4x1 audio routing switcher with four unbalanced inputs that can follow the video input selection. A rear panel terminal block and a 3.5mm jack-socket provides access.
High quality bi-directional conversion between a variety of analog and digital video formats is provided. Inputs and outputs can be SD/HD/3G-SDI, HDMI, DVI, Composite Video, YC, YUV, YPbPr or RGB. An included key feature allows an image to be keyed over another and faded in and out due to the 4:4:4 sampling format for RGB sources, precise keying at the pixel level can be achieved. Five full-frame still images can be stored and switched along with five logos.
