Driving Growth and Collaboration to Accelerate Lightware's Expansion in the Region

Dec. 12, 2023 - Based in Singapore, Candice joins Lightware with more than 15 years of sales management experience in the audio-visual industry. In her new role, she will be responsible for the company’s operations in Southeast Asia and will focus on expanding Lightware’s presence in the region, working in close collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver a unified corporate message and go-to-market approach.

Prior to joining Lightware, Candice spent 15 years with Kramer Electronics, most recently serving as Regional Sales Director ASEAN. In this role, she consistently built sales revenues within the Southeast Asia region year-on-year, consolidating the company’s brand presence, especially in Singapore. Previously, she also held senior sales and marketing roles within the business before promotion to Regional Sales Director in 2022.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Management as well as a diploma in Sales and Marketing Management.
