BEAVERTON, Oregon — Biamp Systems, a leading provider of innovative, networked media systems that power the world's most sophisticated audio/video systems, brings awareness of the AV industry and AV Week to Oregon. In observance of InfoComm International's AV Week, taking place October 16-22, the State of Oregon and the Beaverton, Oregon mayor's office has made proclamations about the impact of the AV industry. Biamp Systems will host an open house October 20, 2011 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm PT to celebrate the proclamations, AV Week and the global audio/video industry.

In addition to opening its doors to the public, Biamp is hosting a group of engineering students from the University of Portland on October 21.
